The Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, North America’s largest trade show dedicated to all aspects of kitchen and bath design, was held in Las Vegas from February 27th to 29th. Fresco was delighted to bring our cross-brand kitchen to KBIS for the first time and showcase our latest innovations.

On February 26th, Fresco announced a strategic partnership with The Middleby Corporation, a global leader in commercial and residential kitchen equipment, parent company of Middleby Residential. This partnership will bring together our expertise and deliver innovative and connected cooking experiences across the Middleby portfolio of residential brands, starting with the Viking brand.

Fresco's innovative smart cooking assistant, a cutting-edge technology that revolutionizes the way we cook, made its debut in the new Viking RVL Collection and the Fresco-developed Viking app. This product was featured in both Fresco's and Middleby's booths, showcasing its unique features and capabilities.

At the Best of KBIS 2024 Awards, the Viking RVL won the Style Statement: Kitchen award. This award celebrates function, design, and innovation.

Fresco’s Booth: The Cross-Brand Smart Kitchen

At the Fresco booth, we showcased our cross-brand smart kitchen, demonstrating how multiple brands can collaborate to revolutionize home cooking. Throughout the event, we hosted several cooking demonstrations featuring appliances from our partner brands, such as Panasonic, Instant Brands, and the newly announced Viking.

Led by Ben Harris, Fresco’s CEO and co-founder, and Regan Burns, Global Head of Content, the demos offered insight into Fresco’s all-in-one platform and user experience. In addition, members of the audience could sample some delicious food!
